Please note that your goods are not insured, therefore we do not accept liability for theft, loss and or damage which has not been caused by us. If you would like to insure your goods, please consider getting GIT (Goods in Transit) insurance from a reputable insurer.
Fast, frequent, reliable and efficient
We provide a reliable weekly air freight service to Zimbabwe. Our team of professionals work with you to ensure the timely and safe delivery of your cargo within 10 business days from the day your shipment leaves the UK. Shipments leave every Saturday, therefore parcels received after 12pm on a Friday will leave the following Saturday.
Delays*
Although we aim to deliver within the specified time frame, delays beyond our control are inevitable. Please note that flight delays, last-minute flight cancellations and adverse weather may affect your shipment. Therefore, please do not wait until the last minute to send your time-sensitive shipments. Should your shipment be affected, you will be promptly notified and given sufficient information about the next steps.
Collection or delivery? The choice is yours.
1. Customers are welcome to collect or arrange for the collection of their goods as soon as shipments have undergone customs clearance.
2. We offer free delivery within a 30km radius from Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport*
3. Alternatively, your goods may be delivered to your home or work address for a charge. We may be able to deliver outside normal working hours in Harare by prior arrangement. Please contact us to get a tailor-made quote and service.
Other cities outside Harare
1. Please note that goods destined for cities outside Harare will usually be delivered to a local Post Office for collection unless stated otherwise.
2. Delivery charge for packages weighing 40kg and above negotiable.
3. Home deliveries in and around Bulawayo can be arranged for an additional charge.
Navigating customs clearance can be a daunting task. Let our experienced team in Zimbabwe take care of the paperwork and regulations to ensure your goods are cleared quickly and efficiently. Our prices are inclusive of customs and excise duties unless stated otherwise*.
Please note that certain items such as large household electrical appliances, laptops, medication and high-end smartphones attract a higher tariff.
We also offer a port to port service where the customer will clear their goods themselves.
The following items are strictly prohibited and must not be included in your shipments.
LITHIUM-ION BATTERY SURCHARGE-£60
Lithuim-ion (Li-on) batteries are rechargeable batteries which use ions to store energy. They are found in mobile phones, laptops, bluetooth speakers, tablets, Airpods, headphones, earbuds, smart watches and electric scooters.
Lithium-ion batteries are classified as hazardous materials. They must be correctly labelled, packed and declared to the airline at the time of booking.
1. Items which contain lithium-ion batteries must be declared in packing lists and will incur a lithium-ion surcharge of £60 for up to 2 items.
2. Electric scooters have much larger batteries. They require dangerous goods packaging which can cost up to £300 if their batteries are not detachable.
3. Please write 'LITHIUM' on all boxes containing gadgets which have any type of battery (rechargeable or not).
4. Please note that failure to declare items which attract a lithium-ion surcharge will result in delays as cargo is security-screened by the airline prior to being loaded onto the plane.
5. A fine will also be imposed on the shipper of the consignment. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.
6. We reserve the right to withdraw items not declared in sufficient time from the shipment to avoid incurring booking amendment charges.
As the sender or owner of the goods, you know the monetary and or sentimental value of your goods. Therefore, proper packaging is essential to ensure your cargo arrives at its destination intact.
Boxes

2. Please make sure boxes do not weigh more than 23kg where possible.
3. Unusual objects and oversized packages will incur additional charges.
4. You may wish to pack the contents of your goods into a plastic bag before placing them into boxes for added protection.
Online orders -(Please notify us prior to placing any orders)
1. Please address your goods to yourself (NAME SURNAME) and have them delivered to our address.

Liquids and fragile items.
1. Please ensure that all bottles, tubs, tubes, and pouches containing non-flammable liquids and or creams, are not damaged, tightly sealed and double bagged in strong plastic bags to avoid contaminating your and other customers' goods. A fine will be imposed if your goods contaminate another customers' good as a direct result of your failure to pack the above listed items securely*.
2. Fragile items such as TV's, glassware, dinnerware, etc are sent at owner's risk. Extra care should be taken when packing such items. Please ensure that you have used appropriate buffering material to cushion fragile items to prevent them moving and getting damaged while in transit.
Labelling
1. Please ensure that you write your full name, contact details and the receiver’s full name/s and contact number/s at the bottom of the box in small writing and in black ink or using a permanent marker.
Where applicable, please take pictures or a video of your goods before you pack them and ensure that your packing list is accurate. We strongly advise taking pictures of your sealed boxes/packages.
2. We will affix our own labels prior to dispatch.

CAN YOU COLLECT MY GOODS?
Yes we can collect your goods for a fee. The chargeable fee is dependent on the nature, size, weight and location of the goods.
WHEN IS SEA FREIGHT DISPATCHED?
Please note that the container will only be shipped once it is full. As this may take a while, please use our air freight service to ship time-sensitive goods using this service.
HOW LONG DOES THE SERVICE TAKE?
Our sea freight service is 9 -10 weeks from the date the vessels sails from the UK. Please note that there may be delays which are beyond our control.

CRATING
We recommend crating to protect certain goods from damage while in transit. We can provide custom-made crates for a fee.
